RecommendedI cannot praise this clinic enough! From the front office staff, techs, and veterinarians this is hands down the best level of customer service and pet care I’ve experienced. Wonderful service! Love the doctors and staff! It was closing time but you would if never known that! Stephanie took time with us and showed us how to trim our puppy’s nails and handle him very well. Went in for a puppy visit but they also took time to listen to our concerns about our other fur babies and got their apts scheduled as well. Great about getting your “dogs” apts together to prevent several trips. They listen and care about our animals as much as we do!
This is the best vet in town, they have always seen me at the last minute if my baby is sick, i couldn't ask for a group of people being so kind to me and my dog, they go out of there way to help you in any way they can. i just love them all
From wellness visits to end of life, Franklin Animal Clinic at Greenwood Park, the staff and doctors are wonderful. Dr. Wagner has been just wonderful with treating my three dogs, including my pug who was diabetic. On June 4, 2019, I had to put my beloved pug to rest after suffering from cancer. The compassion and support that I have received from this team of professionals will never been forgotten. I will continue to go here for years to come.
I can’t say enough about this place . I have a very anxious dog and a very hyper 2 year old on candy type of dog. Both times I have gone in (with each dog) I have had nothing but good attitudes from staff and had good direction from both vets I’ve seen. First visit my dogs anxiety caused us to start a medication and thank goodness we did. She is more manageable. Second visit was with my overly hyper dog and everyone had a good attitude about his jumping ect. I look forward to continuing care with them !!! Highly recommend.
This place was amazing with both my cats and they were so nice! Deciding to get surgery isn’t always an easy thing and my cats haven’t left my side since they were born for more than a few hrs. They left me at leave with leaving them there. This place will definitely be my go to clinic for them. Thanks!!!
Documentation system seems extremely disorganized and lead to confusion numerous times on what meds/vaccines were due.

Am new to the neighborhood. Had an emergency. My 18-year old collie seemed to be having a heart attack. I got her in my car, drove to FAC, ran inside, told them my dying dog was in my car. They immediately came & carried her gently into a room where we were seen immediately by very kind & compassionate people! My girl had to be sent to heaven.
