AMAZING location. Right next to the farmers market and steps away from downtown Beaverton. Manager super helpful and kind. We have really enjoyed living here. Every problem we had was fixed quickly.
Wonderful location and the property manager has been helpful and understanding with us over the years. We been happy residents since 2020! High recommend.
This place is hands down the worst experience I’ve had renting. From the very beginning, touring the apartment it was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned for showing whatsoever. We were assured it would be cleaned prior to move in, and when we did there were so many unfinished problems it was almost laughable- holes in the walls, they never repainted, floorboards loose and constantly sliding around. Moved out recently after 3 years. My lease mentions 70 carpet cleaning but I was charged that and a 130 deep cleaning fee. I was told these are standard deductions. The deep cleaning fee was not in my lease. The manager never did a move out walkthrough with me either. He didn't even explain any of the deductions. The apartment was not left in bad condition at all. You will constantly wonder about charges with this place because nothing is explained.
