Have been to 6 MDs for AMD eye shots. Dr. F was the absolute best . Had excruciating pain after shot done by other Docs for MANY hours . Absolutely no pain at all when shot administered by Dr Franklin.

The wait time was about what I expected.. Dr. Franklin was very pleasant and put me at ease. He took his time explaining things to me and answering my questions. He never made me feel rushed, yet I knew he was very busy. Everyone in is office was exceptional, from the young lady that was entering his notes, all the way through to check out. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be having surgery and try to remember to update this.

I like Dr Franklin but had difficulty getting in to see him because his staff would schedule an appt and then call and change a few days before the schedule appt. Plus the wait time was at least an hour to hour and a half to see the doctor.

Dr. Franklin is a very friendly and comforting doctor that will not rush you in and out of the office like many of my other doctors do. He explains things to me and helps me understand my treatment options. The staff is friendly and professional. He also has a Ph.D. And has been involved in many of the advancements in this specific field of medicine. He cares about his patients, returns and answers personal phone calls to help comfort me and my concerns. I highly recommend him.

I was scared to even think about going to see a retina specialist, but I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Franklin. He and his staff are one of the best groups that could possibly be. They are very nice and welcoming, most of all they know what they are doing and they explain well.
