I ordered a pizza and fries for pick up. Pizza was overcooked and not well done like I asked. Also the fries were old and wrinkled as if they had been sitting bout and reheated in the microwave. I might as well have just went to McDonald's just ordered some fries.
Unfriendly atmosphere. Happy waitress or unhappy waitress? Walked by our table twice and never asked "is the food tasting okay? Can I get you a refill? Oh I see you don't have any napkins can I grab you some? Waitress seemed to make contact with other customers. Oh and our hot dog buns were soggy. Drain the pickle juice. Disappointed especially when another customer recommends you. First time and last time.
I wanted to thank the New Hope Frankie’s so much for catering my sons grooms dinner last Friday night! You guys did a great job! The food was terrific and we had more than enough for all! So easy to work with! Thanks again!
This was our first visit here. We had the buffalo tater tots for an app and they were tasty. Main dish was a medium Chicago Stuffed Monster. This thing was massive. My wife ate one piece and I ate 2, slightly regretted the second piece as I was so full afterwards but it was so good! We had Moscow Mules which the ratio of ginger beer to vodka was off but still enjoyable. I will definitely be back! The whole meal just over $40 and well worth it!
Awesome food, the pizza rocks. We had there burgers today and they were very good.
Great service, great pizza!! The event space is great and has its own bathroom. Staff was attentive and kid friendly. We will definitely be back!
Frankies is awesome! I love the Chicago Dogs and the Barbecue Chicken is delicious. The bartender Jeremy is great as well. He does a great job and is a really nice guy!
