My dad was a loyal customer of Frankie's pizza for over 6 years thru 4 ownership changes. The pizza has always been satisfactory but the customer service of the current owners is horrible! On four seperate occasions the ladies behind the cash register have overcharged him. The last time he finally said something about it and was met with attitude - The owner attempted to justify their greed by saying, "everybody makes mistakes and besides, we give you free parmasean cheese with your pizza on every visit." My sister , my son and niece are there tonight no one was dining in but us and let me tell you the staff there was amazing not only did they have great service they made us feel like family , after the kids were done eating they surprised them w ice pops . It’s the smalls things in life and they made the kids night w a little treat like that so that’s all that mattered && there food is amazing ! I highly recommended this place to anyone .

Went for the first time today. Yummy thin crust slice of pepperoni. Fresh pizza for the lunch special. Large slice with a drink $4.
