Been in the gym scene for over 30 years, trained and worked in multiple gyms. Frankie’s Body Shop is the best one by far I’ve ever been a part of. There is more knowledge in this building than anywhere else I’ve been, and a since of family that is extremely rare in this world. Very thankful for Frankie and my gym family.
