I love coming to Frankie’s to workout! It’s super clean, has awesome equipment and really kind staff. I see Val for personal training and love her. She pushes me and teaches me new things while still being gentle and making me laugh through the pain. I would highly recommend visiting Frankie’s.

I trained here while I moved to Knoxville for school. By far the best gym I have ever been a part of! I started only working out in the gym but not long after I joined the FBS combat club and started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This club became one of my favorite things about living in Knoxville and was the hardest to part with when I finished with school and moved back home. I’ve been training at Frankie‘s Body Shop for 7 years now. I can’t say enough about my personal trainer Derrick Spar. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself at times. With Derrick‘s direction I have been successful in achieving my fitness goals. He devotes his time and attention solely on his clients, which is one thing I was always looking for.
