I’ve been training at Frankie‘s Body Shop for 7 years now. I can’t say enough about my personal trainer Derrick Spar. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself at times. Great gym. Friendly and inclusive culture, good equipment, dedicated powerlifting room, plenty of personal trainers to match your goals. There's really no other gym that I would prefer to work out at.
Awesome gym. Trainers are knowledgeable and engaging with their clients. Simple and manageable membership. The staff makes you feel a part of the family. Make sure you re rack your too! Get up and come in for a tour!!

If you looking for a gym that doesn’t make you feel like your money is being wasted, Frankie’s Body Shop is the place to go. The training staff here is very friendly and always available to help. Equipment and facilities are always in good condition and the owners are always updating and replacing equipment as needed. And you can’t beat the No Contract membership.
