Frank was able to quickly come to my house and diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and before leaving he let me know the part that was broken, both of which were very helpful. He told me the part was factory backordered and so he could not confirm when or if it would be in stock to do the repair. That evening I did a quick google of the part number and found the product in stock and ready to ship on multiple sites, including Amazon. I had a really disappointing experience with this service. Initially, Frankie came out to take a look at my refrigerator, got it running again, and I paid a service fee for the visit. However, just a couple of days later, the fridge stopped working again. I called him back, and after a brief second visit, he told me it was probably the control board and suggested I replace it myself to save on labor costs.
