10 out of 10 stars. The best place for a Tiki drink or a drink in general. One or two 5 skull drinks and you're good to go. Frankie's isn't where you start your night, it's definitely where you end it bc the drinks are good but strong. You shouldn't drink there and have plans after 🥴🍹🍍🍒
