this place is garbage! ordered a bunch of subs for Post Halloween dinner. was shorted a sub that WAS ON THE RECEIPT AND PAID FOR but was told that it was never ordered when we went back. had a steak deluxe hoagie with nothing but steak cheese and mayo and was told that's how it was ordered when they were told no peppers. my fiance went back to get it rectified and the guy was a complete a*hole and not even offered a discount or anything.
If you want great wings and the best Stinger Sub in WNY...do yourself a favor and get out to lockport...AMAZING!!!
I have been ordering from Frankies for a little bit, almost every time it’s been messed up. The seeded roll sub is a disaster it looks like a taco, I got a turkey sub that measured an inch tall with everything on it, you call there and they never compensate you for anything customer service is very bad this will be the last time that we order
I have been a customer longer than I am going to say. I had one problem with and order and they corrected right away. I have always loved everything I have gotten. Tonight I ordered 2 subs one for me and one for Bobo ( my dog) Both were perfect and Bobo says thank you for the perfect Chesseburger sub with none of those extra mom gets on hers...
Pizza needed more sauce on it.
FRANKIES has the best wings from the pit, pizza is delicious too! I love this place!!! ���
Great hospitality great food what more can you ask for
I worked here up until I went on maternity 12 and a half yrs ago. It was a pleasure able experience. Now I see younger and younger people working and only caring about the dollar and not the customer, it upsets me.
