My medium well steak came out medium rare. When I returned it, I got it back charred on the outside. Broccoli as hard as a rock. The manager knew I was not happy. I will not return.
Good ambience, efficient staff, good food , great service. We had a staff party and everyone had a good time.
Extremely over priced and the service was horrible!! Waited 30 minutes without even an acknowledgement. 45 minutes to get a drink. No water or bread until we asked for it and don't ask who our wait staff was because we still don't know for sure. Never going back!!
The food was good and the wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lengthy time for food delivery was the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. We had a large group and were given the room upstairs, which was quite convenient and much appreciated.

Best steaks in NYC! Great atmosphere! Been going to Frankie and Johnnie's for 50 years and it's always been excellent. This is the best location.
The food was so-so and the service wasn't as good as the food. My wife ordered a filet cooked to medium. After a very long wait (15 or so minutes after the tomato and onion salad plates were taken) the steak was served almost well-done and the mushroom caps were cold. We sent it back and the second steak was medium and tasty. Not amazing, but tasty. My chicken parm was very good.
