Omg I had such a wonderful experience at Franki The Salon today! From the moment I walked in, my stylist Jade was so warm and welcoming and super easy to chat to. The salon itself is also absolutely stunning - chic, modern, beautifully designed and a really calming space. I booked in for a wash and blow dry, and the experience was pure luxury. Thanks to Jorja I am the happiest I have ever been with my hair. Not only were the staff very friendly and helpful, so was the beautiful social dog Tucker. I have never dyed my hair before so was very nervous to make the wrong decision, Jorja talked me through the process of both dying and glossing, she recommended that I just do a darker gloss for maintenance reasons and to test out a new colour. I regularly come to Franki for haircuts, the girls are always friendly and do an amazing job. I decided to book my staff in for a girls night; we did the Franki refresh special. The girls went over and beyond - gave us champagne, sorbet and little snacks. They made it so special! Big thank you and special mention to Jade, Jorja and Jazz - you girls are wonderful!!! Absolutely beautiful salon, the hair stylists are amazing and so kind I’m beyond impressed.
The salon itself is stunning. Basin chairs are very comfortable. However, the services are extremely overpriced, and the girls are very, very slow. I have short fine hair and got a 3/4 head foils and a blow-dry. I spent 5 hours in the salon and it was $400. Considering the time spent in there 400 doesn't seem that expensive however as I am a hairdresser I know this amount of time is unreasonable.
