Great practice that can take care of your whole family for all their eye care needs.. Have been amazing with both my 3 and 6 year old daughters. We have called with work in problems for both and they have gotten them in the quickly the same day.
I just had Lasik with Dr Pugh and I could not possibly say enough great things about every staff member. They made you feel comfortable and welcomed like you were family. Dr Pugh and his staff take the time to really know their patients and their interests! I would recommend this facility to anyone! Thank you Dr Pugh, Randy, Jenny and all other staff. You made this experience great for me.
I cant begin to say how happy I am with the results and the treatment I have received so far. On 11/30, I had the cataract on my right eye taken care of and tested at 20/20 the next day. On 12/05, I had my left eye done and tested at 20/20 again. I was amazed at the quick results. Dr. Kris Pugh was my doctor. I just had my lasik surgery yesterday (11/9) and already at my first checkup today (11/10) I am seeing 20/20! Thank you to Dr. Pugh and his wonderful team for taking such good care of me!
The doctor was very thorough and competent. However, their billing department leaves a lot to be desired. My insurance covered a $350 visit. A year later I get a bill saying that I was going to be turned into collections if I did not pay my bill., I had not received any notice of any billing the entire year. So I promptly paid it. Then when I checked with my insurance company, insurance HAD paid the bill.
