I was very pleased with my experience. I did not feel as if I was on an assembly line. The staff was pleasant and Dr. Eriks' manner of explaining my tooth issue and proposed treatment was personal and confidence inspiring in his ability as a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
I had my semi-annual dentist appointment this past Wednesday. I got to the office and they were ready and waiting for me. No wait time at all. I was out of there in less than an hour, and the hygienest was gentle but thorough, as always. Dr. Eriks is also very gentle and friendly. It's worth the drive from Lafayette to Frankfort for me.
Adjustment was perfect.
Everyone is always very nice.They always tell you what they are going to do. And the outcome of everything. And, they are very gentle. They know I'm not a real fan of going to the dentist.
