If you are a visitor, make sure you register your car! I've been visiting my parents at this complex for the past two years and never had issue until last night. The signs are not obvious and apparently they don't make it known to residents about visitor parking. Also, my parents are senior citizens and don't check email that often so if that's how they're making it known, everyone may not be aware. 1st I would like to say I been a residence for 4 years.... and Never had to deal with things not getting done. It’s always a new face in the office and every time you call nobody knows anything or what to do. New Management means nothing here! They are slow with fixing things. And it’s suppose to be the residents fault that they are short staff and I have always been dealing with a loud banging noise for over 2 months from one of the neighbors apartment in the early part of the morning and late at night. I’ve been living here for 7 years and I’m finally moving out due to the services ! I’ve been threaten.. harassed by the manager Diana ! She called back to back serval times for a balance that I’ve spoke to the Assistant regarding and was informed it was ok to make the payment later ! Today 4/30 Diana called me multiple times after business hours at 7:30 and threatened to back date my eviction from April until May when I paid my rent and stated I better come in 30 mins and that I’m taking time out of day for her and her kids!... read more

I just love my apartment. You can do so many things to make it a home, that is up to you. I must be honest, they have the best maintenance staff...EVER. .Alex is my personal hero. I had a leak in my bedroom closet (BOO) and he came 2 days early to get the ball rolling on the repair. Today I had a big bag of dirt in my car for some tulips I wanted to put in a planter. I love these apartments. I’ve lived here for a year with no problems. I’ve even forgot to lock and close my door once for over 8 hours and no one entered my apartment The office ladies are GREAT. I love it here and is now looking to upgrade here as well.
