Dr Pluta cared for my mom with home visits while I was her caretaker for her final three years. She was excellent and helped me get end of life care with Crossroads Hospice. It made a sad and difficult time (mom lived to 91 but had memory loss - not typical dementia - her last three to five years. No one was there for emotional support for me, but I received liquid morphine and liquid Valium to ease mom’s transition.
