I had 3 failed surgeries before I saw Dr Acosta. He took everything out of my back and put it back in the right way. I can now walk again.
Great surgeon and friend
My mother and I went today to get a third opinion on her injury. The doctor came in and was not very friendly and disagreed with what we had heard from the other two doctors and insisted my mom should live with the pain as long as she can because she could “bleed out” and die in surgery. I can’t say I am impressed with his professionalism or his bedside manner. I first saw Dr. Acosta at the Beverly Hills Clinic. I waited only about 10 minutes after filling out paperwork. Then, in order to be more informed, they took me for scoliosis x-rays. When I got in a room, I waited only about 5 minutes. I was very impressed. Dr. Acosta sat immediately and asked how I was feeling. He pulled up my x-rays on the screen and carefully described the problems. He showed me in detail what my upcoming extensive surgery will entail and allowed me to ask questions.
