Lala and Leslie with Frank Wilson funeral home were the most accommodating people I’ve dealt with in these circumstances. I had spoken to Lala earlier over the phone and expressed my wishes. She had a power point like presentation that reflected exactly what we talked about and with even more edification for us. It was a relaxed and easy experience, thanks to these two Ladies. Harrowing. That is the word I would use to describe our experience with this group of utterly incompetent, blundering, and inept individuals. While facilitating their services, we were met with difficulties at every turn, significantly increasing our emotional distress by sending our deceased loved one into the afterlife in the most appalling way possible. We received professional but yet compassionate care from this fine funeral home and the team associated with it. The process was quick and painless which is what I wanted.
