Billing services and communication from the previous century… literally. No way to pay on line, they want you to put all credit card card info on a piece of paper and mail it and there is no way to call and leave a message or pay after hours. But not shy to turn you over to collections.
Dr. Mocek was wonderful and excellent experience. He did my hernia surgery which went very well and smoothly. I am very pleased and appreciative Dr. Mocek and his team. I highly recommend him.
