The first time I went there the bartender double charged the card for $50 and the only reason it was dealt with is because we called them and complained to which the bartender responded that she forgot she did it and it was an “accident”... yet didn’t think to mention or address it when we were there. The second time I went there one bartender charged my friend $6 for drinks and the same bartender in the first incident charged me $8 for the SAME drinks. The service here is absolutely horrible!!!! ��� I’m guessing the only way you get service here is to be a hipster. Forget about ordering food because you won’t get it for like 30 mins and than it is going to be wrong.

Not too many options on the menu. And food wasn't that great. Servers ignored me and forgot all about me and my table. I had two friends also work here both were treated unfairly and was forced to find other jobs. I would not recommend this place to anyone!.
Frank and Tony's has a fun vibe, but my bartender ruined the night for us. She was slow and then rude after we walked away from the bar and sat at a booth. She threw my change at me and it honestly ruined my night
