I was extremely dissatisfied with your solution for the continuous dead battery solution. You did run tests on the battery and charging system. Your solution was sorry everything proved good. You do realise there is a law suit against Subaru because this happens to be a nation wide issue. This is my third Subaru I have bought. Never again. This is not a normal function for a new car. You should stand behind your cars and their problems. Dismissing the problem and putting your drivers at risk in an unsafe car is not the answe... read more
I had to take my car in for a recall service. The staff was very friendly. My car needed to be at the dealer for majority of the day. I appreciated that they arranged transportation for me after I dropped the car off and when I needed to pick it up.
