No need to have a local agent anymore. “Call the 800 number” is the response to filing a claim, trying to make contact with the adjuster, etc. Received an initial estimate of 1/4 the insured amount to fix the classic car I had insured with them. Customer of at least 7 plus years, no prior claims, paid on time and an early. Very surprised and upset at the “local service” or lack there of. Would not recommend what so ever.
