This review is for V. Lee Lewis, who I paid $500.00 to lose 500 sqft of living space. I tried to send him an article showing why he was wrong, and he called me, acted friendly, asked for my lenders number and called them and said I was harassing him. I'm losing $500 and 500 sqft and I should just lay down and accept whatever he decides. He was arrogant through the whole inspection and when we tried to ask a question, he said he had 5 more houses to do and didn't have time. Don't throw away your money.

Don't waste hundreds of dollars on a joke appraisal. Stanfield & Associates appraised a foreclosure above market value without any fixes needed. Conversely, the home had extensive termite damage (to the tune of $25,000), a pool without a permit and/or fence, a hot tub that someone ad taken a hacksaw to, a broken HVAC, bathrooms that are literally crumbling, a basement with water seeping in from at least 10 locations, and a kitchen from 1984 that Franklynn Stanfield noted as "updated."
