Had two implants installed which continue to function as expected. I did have a problem with the crown which was attributed to the manufacturer. Dr. Dal Santo worked with me and we got the problem resolved in my favor. He stood by his work and took extra time and resolve to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. This is a professional who takes pride in knowing you are satisfied with his work.

After months of pain and infection from a failed root canal which had led to a quick-and-dirty emergency extraction, I was referred by another oral surgeon to Dr. Dal Santo, who is both a medical doctor and an oral surgeon. What I liked best was the sense that he was fully willing to take on this difficult situation that had gone from bad to worse over the previous three months. He made me feel like we were a team; when he successfully located the offending 4 mm. fragment left from the extraction, he said, "Eureka!" (gold-mi... read more

I had a very bad experience at Dr. Frank Dal Santo's office. I was in for an emergency, to have my wisdom tooth pulled and was in extreme pain. The receptionists claimed they could not find me listed "on their screens" as having Delta Dental Insurance. They claimed Delta Dental's phone line was busy so they could not verify. I asked if they wanted to verify my employment and offered my faculty ID at SFSU which they didn't accept. They repeatedly asked me to pay up front, even after they verified with my kids' dentists that I... read more

I was so pleased with my implant experience at Dr. Dal Santo's office. He was patient and very caring. My procedure took about 2 years to complete and he was able to work with me during my pregnancy. The office staff were positive and supportive too.

Six months ago Dr. Dal Santo removed my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately I would definitely NOT recommend going here. First, it was very expensive, though to be honest this was of little concern to me-I was more interested in having a competent doctor than saving money. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities clean and modern, and Dr. Dal Santo reassured me before the surgery, for which I was very grateful. So far, so good! The problem arose a week after my surgery, when I noticed my right cheek was extremely nu... read more

Dr. Frank Dal Santo is a great dentist, his staff is great all except for the office manager Gita. She is extremely pushy and it gets to the point were she becomes really obnoxious and irritating. Other than that her my experience at this facility was great. A little expensive but the implants I had placed were great. I would recomend that if you chose this facility that you would work with anyone other that the office manager oh and the Implant coordinator ( cannot remember her name) is somewhat of an Air Head!

You get what you pay for. The prices were high, but my insurance covered the majority of it, and the amount that I paid was very fair. He had fantastic facilities, stellar employees, great bedside manner and incredibly patient when it came to expaining procedures. It was the best dental experience ever. Frankly, you dont want to go to a dentist who's the cheapest on the block--imagine what you get. Dr. Dal-santo was worth every penny!!!!

Dr. Dal Santo seemed competent, but after paying $250 for a consultation with him and getting an obscenely over priced estimate for my wisdom tooth extraction, I went to Dr. David Ehsan who is also an oral surgeon in the same building. Dr. Ehsan was fantastic, he has an excellent bedside manner, beautiful facilities and the added bonus of being both an anaesthesiologist and affordable. There is something certainly dubious about the Dal Santo operation, when asked why they were so overpriced (to Dr. Dal Santo's credit, he did... read more

Loved this doc! He took me in to perform an extraction even though no one else would - GREAT service, made me feel at ease instantly. It is expensive, but it is my teeth - and for the comfort, i would pay for it!
