Frank is a great mechanic, especially for and older cars. He worked on my cars for years and was always reliable, and affordable. Sure he could be grumpy or rough around the edges on occasion (he is literally a mechanic) but he never charged to look at something unless he did actual work and that work was always quality. Not to mention he always let me get my own parts and willing to look for work arounds. Definitely the guy you price check with because he'll be honest with you.
