Showed up for a confirmed appointment, only to be turned away without notice. My wife had submitted ID and insurance in advance, but the front desk staff, Stephanie, said the appointment was cancelled. When asked why it wasn’t updated on Zocdoc, she claimed they couldn’t cancel there because it required too many questions—an excuse to avoid responsibility. We were never properly notified. First time going into this office and the staff were super welcoming!! Dr.Khadse was very nice and the Hygienist Shay did a great job! Very grateful for their service!
I had an emergency with excruciating pain in two of my teeth, and I had to visit the clinic twice in the same day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and accommodating. But the real star was Dr. Khadse—the best dentist I’ve ever met! She was incredibly caring, professional, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Absolutely love Dr. Cha! He is super knowledgeable, professional and did great work when I needed to get two fillings replaced. The office is very clean and the front office staff were very easy to work with. I really appreciated the price transparency before my treatments and the ease of scheduling. Will definitely be a patient of his for years to come.
