Absolutely love Dr. Cha! He is super knowledgeable, professional and did great work when I needed to get two fillings replaced. The office is very clean and the front office staff were very easy to work with. I really appreciated the price transparency before my treatments and the ease of scheduling. Will definitely be a patient of his for years to come.
My husband first had an appointment which they didn't bother cancelling and the office was closed. Gave them another chance and booked his appointment 1.5 months in advance, they call me 4 days before the appointment to reschedule another month out because they "double booked" and weren't staffed correctly.
