This was a pre-op appointment. The Doctor and team worked diligently, for almost 4 months, to get Insurance Approval for Inceptor Surgery for back, (nerves for L3, L4, L5, and S1). I have been in back pain for years. I am so great full for all their effort and look forward to this surgery!!! I would definitely recommend Dr Hurford!!!!
It’s been a while since my surgery but Dr Duffy took his time with me and came up with the answer to my problem
Interaction with the whole office very professional and very nice and very personable the whole staff. Dr Duffy himself was very informative and very helpful with all info needed.
I have visited many doctors trying to figure my back pain out! After just 5-10min of the doctor reviewing me he consulted with me my specific areas in my back that needs attention and recommended injections. The nurse then went over in detail about the procedure and likely symptoms after the fact and what would be available (problem solving) in the future!! Excellent!!!!

Dr Frank Collier is an extraordinary physician, is manner with his patients is confident and reassuring. I believed I would get relief from nearly 40 years of pain. He has been willing to work with difficult situations and always has solutions. When he performed the procedures I was completely calm no premeds necessary. I know he will advise me as to my medical needs appropriately. With his assistance I will be medication free this month the first time in over 35 years.
