I waited almost 2 hours after my appointment time. By the time he came in, I could hear much of the nursing staff leaving for the day. When Dr. Hurford came in, he gave me 5 minutes, didn't really respond to any of my questions, I felt dismissed and don't even trust his advice because of how he appeared to not care or listen. It was a huge waste of my time and even more so, I was left feeling quite neglected and even more concerned as to what to do.
Doc Collier is down to earth and very human. He is personable but no nonsense. I recommend him highly.
Staff was friendly courteous explained what was happening and why and your next appointment. Took time to answer questions where I could understand.
Dr Duffy changed my quality of life!!! I chose him because he was the only Dr who provided infection % rate out of six other dr opinions. I lost a brother to an infection because of surgery and know of others who have lost limbs because of infection from surgery so this was the difference. His bedside presence, explanations and final results are top notch. And the shamrock he puts on bandage makes you smile when you wake up. Highly, Highly recommended.
Dr. Duffy took time to answer all my questions. The shots he gave me in both knees were painless.
I got shots in my lower back. Dr Collier explained everything was very efficient and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made sure I was ok and asked if I had and questions. Even apologized if the procedure hurt. He is a fantastic Dr. !
Dr. Collier has been diligent in finding my source of pain and counseling me regarding methods of treatment. His staff and everyone I have come in contact with have been friendly and professional.
Dr. Collier took the time to carefully consider all of my symptoms. He explained the treatment plan in detail and in layman's terms. He listened to my questions. During the procedures, he made me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. His staff are kind, prompt, informed, and efficient.
It was very busy so he was late!! However it was well worth the wait . The staff was very kind keeping everyone informed of the wait time the doctor was great as well!!!
