Where do I start. Worst derm in Orange County. I got stuck with him because of my HMO insurance. He misdiagnosed me every single time I saw him for a skin condition. He tries to get you to do cosmetic laser treatments and then gives you major attitude when you decline. When you ask a question, he will start arguing with you for no reason. My insurance even investigated him at one point because he billed them for procedures that he did not perform. So glad I'm not with him anymore.
Dr Frank is my skin care doctor, He is very nice skincare doctor. He treat my scan problem very good. He is very nice scancare doctor
My scalp was itching. Dr. Zhan gave me a diagnosis without even looking at my scalp to see its condition. He was standing at a distance and was talking to me from afar. He gave me the treatment of a shampoo and lotion, telling that I have to use this for the rest of my life. He said that there was no cure for my condition. Also, the room in which I was seated looked like a stockroom with supplies and old equipment. It definitely didn't feel like a dr's office. I don't recommend that you see this doctor who clearly doesn't ca... read more
Went to get a mole checked out. After our consultation and finding the correct mole to Biopsy, Dr Zhan completely missed the site where the potential hazard was then took a sample of a totally normal patch of skin inches away from the site we discussed. Then they couldnt reschedule to do the procedure properly for months even though it was clearly his mistake. now his office wont even answer their phones . Ever. Ive called back every single day at the exact time they open and never had anyone answer. Overall super incompeten... read more
I had a melanoma on my back which Dr. Zhan biopsied and did surgery. The incision was about 5 inches but I was never in pain and it healed beautifully. Getting the first appointment was challenging but after that I'm scheduled for every 6 months and have never had a problem. Office staff isn't overly friendly but efficient.
Very nice, the office stuff member also very kind
Received a referral from my doctor but after a week of trying to make an appointment I asked my doctor to refer me to a different dermatologist. Called several times to only reach their voicemail. They are closed on Wednesday which made it more frustrating. After not being able to reach anyone within a weeks time my gut instinct told me to request another dermatology office.
Dr. Zhan is truly the best, but the staff never answers the phone (or returns calls) so it's impossible to make an appointment here unless you walk in. Very frustrating, but worth the drive over to make the appointment in person. He's THAT good.
Dr.Zhan provided my son the professional treatments, really appreciate him and his team!
