I left a message about getting one of my condos rented out and first off I got a text back and then when I tried to call no one answered. Finally I left a message and I’m not sure why he felt that my property would not be in the area they covered I’m not sure maybe because my voice sounds black. I have had nothing but a positive experience having Frank Property Management as the managers of the home I rent. They are incredibly responsive with any issues, lightning fast with repairs, and communicative about any and everything. The folks they send out to do repairs are the nicest guys and it is always the same crew. Don't hesitate to rent from them!
It was such a pleasure talking things over with Mario. He really takes the time to break down the process of property rental/management in great detail in upfront honest terms.
