I have had nothing but a positive experience having Frank Property Management as the managers of the home I rent. They are incredibly responsive with any issues, lightning fast with repairs, and communicative about any and everything. The folks they send out to do repairs are the nicest guys and it is always the same crew. Don't hesitate to rent from them!
It was such a pleasure talking things over with Mario. He really takes the time to break down the process of property rental/management in great detail in upfront honest terms. I’d definitely trust frank property to manage my home because I know that it would be treated as if it was their own home. I’d definitely recommend them to others for business consideration.
I rented an apartment from Frank Property Management and the apartment was awesome with very reasonable rent. I only had two very minor maintenance requests during my time there, and they were incredibly responsive and flexible in addressing them. I’ve rented from a few different landlords and companies, and would hands down recommend Frank over all of them- renting with them was a very easy processing from beginning to end.
