We loved our home in Mount Vernon that Frank Property helped us find and managed for our landlords. We had a stellar experience with Frank Property as our landlords for the past five and a half years. They are very responsive to maintenance requests and other needs. 10/10 recommend! We were sorry to say goodbye <3
I had a nice chat with Mario about managing my rental property. I learned so much in our nearly two hour conversation. I’ve been in the rental business for about 8 years now and he shed a light on things I’ve never considered before. He is very informative and takes pride in making sure things are held to a high standard. I appreciate the open and honest conversation we had. If you are looking for a property management company for your property, I would definitely recommend Frank Property Management.
During our two year tenancy we had severe leaks in the ceiling with months of construction and interruption. These leaks damaged walls and smoke alarms, the latter of which were never replaced. Though we were advertised a "renovated" property, most appliances were old and deteriorated. There was so little insulation that we paid over $300 in utilities during the winter months, also paying out of pocket for our own insulation for doors and windows.
