Best Brick oven pizza. Original store is the best, but their satellites are great. Expect to wait for service and seating, but worth it.
Keep it simple... a tomato pie with mozzarella (cheese is considered a topping with CT apizza and must be specified). Then let each ingredient do their thing... very well.
It's not as sexy as the clam pie, but don't you dare sleep on theunadulteratedoriginal tomato pie! At the very least, order a small to give it a try.
