I feel comfortable with Dr Moussa
He explained what was going on with me , gave me options , I got a very painful shot ha ha , I trust his diagnostic ability , he is the only one I would go to
I am totally satisfied with my pre-surgery consult, the actual surgery & post-op follow-up! So happy I found Dr. Moussa to do my knee cap surgery! The entire office exemplifies 5 star ratings across the board!!!
Dr Frank Moussa and his team. Work great together from the front desk to his back office. He answers all my questions, and explains everything where we can understand him. Dr. Moussa takes all the time I need to answer questions and make me comfortable with my health care decisions. I have changed other providers to find someone closer to home, but will stay with Dr. Moussa for my orthopedic needs no matter how long the drive.
Was the only dr who could figure out what was wrong with me
I made an appt with this Dr. because my PCP was on vacation and I was concerned about abnormal menstrual bleeding. He walks in, introduces himself and asks... are you working? I have no idea how that was relevant to my situation. Then, after I explained how I have felt due to abnormal, HEAVY bleeding for almost 3 weeks, he wants to prescribe a hormone to "make it stop," and mansplains how hormones and the uterus works. Dr.Moussa is very honest, thoughtful, personable and Extremely Thorough. After suffering a ski injury out of state, Dr. Moussa took his time to explain in detail what had transpired to my body. He took into account my extensive previous medical history and went through my X-ray and CT scan reports with precision. Together we formulated the best course of action and plan of care. I waited 6 months to see Dr Levine and 2 weeks before my appointment I was informed that he wouldn't be available on that date. I was asked to reschedule....4 months later! I have a rare disease that most doctors know nothing about,but Dr Levine is considered to be one of the few who do. What good is knowledge without compassion?
