Very personable and professional.
Dr Patton is a great doctor ! We love her and have stayed with her . She cares and takes time to answer questions . She is doing administrative duties and only sees patients on a limited basis . Not sure she is taking new patients due to this . We need more doctors like her!!!!
I was referred to Dr. Burke for a newly diagnosed heart murmur. As an RN, I have minimal expectations from providers. First he instructs me to purchase an Apple watch to view my EKG & monitor my heart rate. In doing so, I noted several arrhythmias but he never responded to my concerns Dr. Burke never mentioned my murmur, ran an EKG strip nor discussed the results of my echocardiogram. Also, I informed him of my labile BP & that was ignored as well. I am never going back to jim! It was an expensive lesson learned.

Dr.Frank Moussa reviewed my MRI and x-rays with me -explained what was going on with my shoulders- arthritis -and presented three options 1-surgery-total shoulder replacement, 2-Cortisone shots and 3-continued PT, chiropractic tx with exercise. I’m going to exercise option 3 -I was very impressed with him. He gave me exactly what I needed-a complete assessment & explanation of medical issues and options -leaving decisions to me. He’s respectful, professional , and completely human.
Kindness
He formerly fixed my fractured hip and now I am better since he has been taking care of my shoulder injury. In office visits.
I never leave his office feeling I was rushed out or that he didn’t answer all my questions about me and my health.
