Dr Frank Moussa and his team. Work great together from the front desk to his back office. He answers all my questions, and explains everything where we can understand him. Dr. Moussa takes all the time I need to answer questions and make me comfortable with my health care decisions. I have changed other providers to find someone closer to home, but will stay with Dr. Moussa for my orthopedic needs no matter how long the drive.
Dr.Moussa is very honest, thoughtful, personable and Extremely Thorough. After suffering a ski injury out of state, Dr. Moussa took his time to explain in detail what had transpired to my body. He took into account my extensive previous medical history and went through my X-ray and CT scan reports with precision. Together we formulated the best course of action and plan of care. Dr. Moussa is very thorough in his explanation of what is going on with my knee. He answers all of my questions completely and that helps me make my decision on how I want to proceed with treatment.
Dr. Moussa is very knowledgeable and explains the medical information well. Support staff are phenomenal. Had a situation with a person in the lobby. They handled it very professionally while still being friendly and caring. It was really impressive to see them in action.
