Thanks to the folks at Franks My Audi Q5 has had a bad rear wiper motor for over 2 years . Intermittent power to motor.I had a few another shops look at it , but was always working fine when the tests were done. At Franks they found a rusty power connection in the driver’s side door sill. I dropped in to Franks Motors during my cross Canada trip. I had a whirring noise from my Porsche Boxster S 986 (RHD). The team diagnosed a failing alternator. Kyle had one ordered and fitted the following day. Bob the courtesy driver was so kind shuttling us from one place to another and back again. Awesome communication throughout and great team effort from all I met.
Brought my car for service, got it all fixed. Overall good experience, good service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
