I had a ticket in a way out road on 98 for passing a truck that was spewing garbage out the back , so I passed him and in doing so went 30 mph over the speed limit , I was in a new challenger so I didnt want junk hitting the car , a trooper coming the other way turned around and ticketed me and in doing so said to me , I know you were only passing to get way from the junk but its no excuse for speeding . I have had many experiences with Frank . he is truly one of a kind. Everyone has heard lawyer jokes but he is not one if them. Its a compassionate, caring, effort that he specializes in taking care of his clients like he would take care if his own family. He always has time for you.
