Shame on you VA making your veterans wait in line for 5 hours and then turning them away saying they are not registered in your health system. No wonder you have a terrible reputation for the poor service you provide your veterans.

I waited for over 30 mins to get an ID card only to find out that they can’t do it today. It’s infuriating!!! Don’t waste my time
Jan. 2nd 2020 in waiting room for a fasting blood draw. Been waiting over an hour. Total incompetence of either staffing or scheduling. Others coming in will wait longer than me. A blood draw for gods sake!

Despite the bad publicity the VA receives, I had a great experience at the Frank Tejada Clinic. In comparison to the healthcare I received while in the military, this is leaps and bounds better. I have utilized primary care, lab, radiology, and pharmacy - all have had appropriate wait times for the volume of patients, and were very friendly and attentive to my needs and issues. As always, the VA could stand to staff up certain areas more, but that’s an executive issue, not a clinic staff issue.
It’s Monday. There is only ONE lab tech in the lab on a Monday??? I had a friggin scheduled appointment IN THE LAB and I’ve been waiting 2 hours to have blood drawn. This is absolute bull, considering what the VA is spending on friggin art decor you would think they would be able to afford to staff their friggin offices. If you wanted to know WHY vets avoid any VA facility THIS is it right here. It literally TRIGGERS US to get care through you guys.
