Very bizarre patient registration form. One of the questions was “are you a swinger?”, plus several others that were sexually oriented. I should have left after reading these questions, but did get my toenails clipped. Will never go there again!

If I could give my experience 1000 stars I would ! The staff shows so much compassion and kindness which is hard to come by these days. I sought a follow up from the ER after what I thought was a broken toe. I quickly learned my injury was a little more severe and was placed in a cast for a 4 weeks. I healed up nicely and avoided further issues. He also gave advice on shoe wear , that has absolutely changed my life. I would highly ( x 1000 ) recommend this practice !
