you don't allow people to ask to change the order and what I mean is you don't allow to order the green chili cheese burger with No cheese or even light cheese. To me the establishment doesn't know what good customer service is. Also it doesn't value good customers. Someone like me who tips very well and is ALWAYS respectful to the staff. In my opinion the owner thinks it's his way or no way at all and that's no way to treat good customers.
