Went yesterday evening for dinner wanted cheese fries without onions and the 20.00 ribeye without mushrooms. They refused stating they don't make substitutions. First let me explain something a substitution would be if I wanted to add something not leave it off. We walked out and will be never be back!
Frank and Lola's is our favorite place to go for excellent food and service. �
Great food, great service, great drinks. You can't go too wrong here but I'd recommend The Melt with fries.
Never had a bad meal. Everything is good on the menu. My favorite is the Jonny burger, get a extra side of the jalapeño cream cheese to go with your fies or chips. It's one of the best things EVER!
