Buying a home is exciting but can also be a very stressful process. Hiring Dan to inspect our co op was thankfully not a stressful step whatsoever. He was very easy to get in touch with, personable and wrote a very thorough inspection for us. His engineering background was something I wanted in tandem with being a licensed home inspector as I myself am an engineer.
Expensive and inefficient. Payed 400 for 30 minutes of “work”. Did not even catch a few broken things such as broken appliances, hence two stars
Daniel was recommended by our Real Estate agent to inspect our Brownstone-to-be in Hoboken, NJ. It was immediately apparent that Daniel was a pro and this was far from his first rodeo. Based on his report we were able to obtain a significant credit for closing and so Daniel's inspection and report paid for itself multifold. Would never use anyone else.
