I hate your company just because of your commercials. I will go out of my way to spend MORE money elsewhere just for that reason.

I went here the last day of September. I talked with a salesman about getting a new car and trading in a car I still owed on. He first took my information had me sign to run what I thought was a credit check that I was told by Ryan the finance guy and we talked about not having my credit pulled from a ton of lenders. Their promises cannot be for filled! Ridiculously times in the service department, unable to staff enough to fill any promise made while buying a vehicle there. Always having to raise hell to get anything accomplished, so fed up. Taking my business elsewhere.
Took advantage of another female... Sold a young mom a car, then told her the AC is funny. She got the AC fixed for it to break the next day... When the car was put onto a rack (at another dealership), noticed MAJOR damage from a major accident, that is unsafe to drive with. Which wasn’t on car fax either... They said they checked it before it left but they would of noticed these things if they did. They don’t care about your safety or your children’s safety. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
A decent, trustworthy business would never put people through those radio commercials. Shame on you.
Sold a friend a used car that had been wrecked and no working AC! I will never go there and I recommend you dont either.
I bought a car from here over the weekend and I am very pleased with my experience. Gavin was my salesman and he went above and beyond for me. He was very patient with me and was able to accomplish everything I asked for and more. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with here was very nice and lovely to work with. My only complain was the detailing of my car. Definitely not cleaned very well at all but not the end of the world. Thanks again for a great experience!!
