This place is a joke. General manager response to my attorney general complaint was ( They were sport that the manager lied to me and made promises he couldn’t keep but she did sign papers) so basically they are ok with salesman telling customers what they need to just to get a sale. It honestly shocked me I had such a terrible experience with frank Leta I was under the impression they were a reputable company.
was a very clean establishment everyone was nice and friendly and they got me in and out as fast as possible. i will definitely be coming back here for my next car experience
They don't sell cars, they sell loans. Instead of being up front about what they can/can't do for a potential customer, they keep you at their facility for hours trying to crowbar the customer into an upsell on vehicle and financing. Hours hanging around people I don't know with my medically fragile child because we had to show up together, due to being down to one car. Hoping in a couple weeks I'm not lamenting the fact that all I got out of my visit to Frank Leta in Bridgeton was a family damaged by Covid.
Absolutely horrible customer service and lied to my face. Bought a new car and it still had the sticky crap on the wheels, hood, top and a scratch on the hood. They said they can fix that for me. They set an appointment up for me to bring it in and I did. The service manager said quote” it’s to cold outside to fix this and I’ll have to call you when you can bring it back.” 3 months now... no call.. I call them.. they don’t answer or return calls.
