I recently purchased a CPO MDX from Leta Acura for my wife. Reid Conner was my salesperson and he was really great to work with. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle and not pushy by any means. He did so well I purchased one on the spot. After a few days with the vehicle my wife was missing some features we’d had with prior vehicles. When we first arrived to look at purchasing a vehicle everything was great. Although we love the Acura MDX, the follow up with the sales person the used car sales manager etc. is pathetic. We have been trying since September 11 when we purchased this vehicle to receive the remote for the DVD player as we were promised. We can’t get anyone to return phone calls or texts. Pretty sad! You all can do much better I would hope.
Alyssa and Jake were so helpful in getting me into my new Boss 302. The process was quick and efficient and everyone was so friendly.
