Horrible experience. They promised one thing and at the end was way off because of a salesmans mistake. Then wouldn’t even make it right even though they had it written on paper. Manager was extremely rude and even brought up how he was a highly paid individual.
RecommendedJust purchased a 2020 Acura MDX with the help of Aaron Mead. He was thorough and kind and the dealership is taking special measures to insure that their customers remains Covid conscious. The process takes a while, but Aaron made sure we are aware of all of the features on our new car. Thanks Aaron.

Exceptional seems like an understatement. I came to Frank Leta on Friday evening way past closing hours and was greeted by Aaron. He stayed late to show me a car that I didn’t end up buying. What he did so though is help me decide on the car that I did need. No detail was sparred. He went over every safety, handling, and feature the multiple vehicles I test drove had. i brought my 2013 Chrysler 300c in to get the headlight replaced dee called me with the total and she 1070 inwas like wow thats high but yeah go ahead and do it needs to be done so they have my car for 9 days i got to pick it up and they say my bill is 1700 dollars when i asked the lady 3 times my total was 1070 she said yes i said ok very bad service and i will not be back

Aaron was so wonderful to work with and made the entire process incredibly simple. He explained all the features in my MDX and is incredibly knowledgeable in the brand. There was no pressure and I never felt like I was just another sale. I had a wonderful buying experience and have already recommended Aaron to a friend of mine in the market for a new car!

Initially left positive feedback regarding our buying experience with. After 2 1/2 months of dealing with issues in the finance department, including them trying to mislead me into signing a second contract with increased cost because of an internal mistake, I can't recommend this dealership. Today I get a call about additional cost of $1300ish (couldn't even give me the exact number) because of another internal mistake regarding the payoff. We had a very pleasant buying experience at Frank Leta Acura, Aaron Mead was our sales person. Aaron is the friendliest and most helpful sales person we have ever met! We are very happy with our Jeep Wrangler!! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, we will be back here for future purchases!!! We recommend going to this dealership!!
I really dislike buying cars, but my experience at Frank Leta Acura has been my favorite car buying experience to date. Everyone at Frank Leta was so friendly and helpful. Aaron Mead was my sales specialist and was wonderful to work with. He took the time to actually listen to my needs and wants. I came into to look at a specific car and Aaron knew everything about it. He was enthusiastic but not cheesy or pushy at all. And the finance portion took about 15 minutes. Super easy. 100% recommend.
