Dr Kim listened well and discussed the options. He gave the reasons for his recommendations. He was able to answer my questions. He addressed my concerns and was pleasant and approachable.
I was a patient of Dr. Kim's maybe 18 years ago. He is still the great physician I remember. I appreciate how he explains everything and includes me in the plan for my care. I'm hearing impaired and he makes sure I can hear and understand him. If I ask him to repeat, he is very cordial.
