When I first stoped in Frank Jewelers more than 30 years ago, I was impressed by the courteous professional manner that manager Gary treated me a 22 year old looking at engagement rings for my girlfriend. I was even more impressed when I returned a few months later and was greeted by name when I walked in. I went on to marry that girlfriend and now 30+ years and many, many purchases later I'm please to say that Gary & Deb (now owners) and their staff continue to offer exemplary customer service and satisfaction!
