DR FRANK RUNS AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. HAD AN APPOINTMENT DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS OF COURSE, AND THEY SIGNED ME IN, TOOK MY INSURANCE AND PUT ME IN A ROOM KNOWING THE DR WAS NOT IN OFFICE AND TOLD ME AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES THAT DR WASNT IN OFFICE AND HE WOULDNT BE BACK UNTIL THE AFTERNOON. NO EXPLAINATION OR ANYTHING AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE ME. I DROVE 45 MINUTES FOR THIS APPOINTMENT AND COULDNT EVEN GET A PHONE CALL PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL THAT HE HAD TO STEP OUT. Dr Valenzuela is very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took a long time going over my xrays, explaining what was going on, making drawings and using movable spinal replicas to illustrate what was going on with my spine, and what the best form of treatment would be. In following his protocol, I am finding a great deal of relief from my symptoms already! I would highly recommend Dr Valenzuela!
