Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their prices were very fair. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
