I came from Dr. Pompos office after his treating my. Condition today. As Always, I feel much better physically. Each time he sees me I am treated with respect. He listens to me regarding any issue I have. I never feel dismissed or rushed. I heartily recommend him. He is a fine doctor.
I go to the Torrington location. I have ALWAYS had the best interactions with the staff... and Dr. Frank Pompo is a kind, courteous, knowledgeable young gentleman who will answer any questions you may have (even if you feel foolish asking) with his knowledge and without judgement. He is what you might call a "straight shooter." From my experience, I highly recommend this location and this doctor.
I think Dr Pompo was great. His office staff how ever is not. I understand Drs get busy and things come up in a busy practice. I have had to reschedule several appointments on their direction. Now I sit in a rehab recovering from knee surgery and today I painfully got into a car for my rescheduled time and was told I did not have an appointment. I mean how hard it is to type my name in a computer? I love the care but get it together or I won't be back.
I have an arthritic hip he performed a procedure, treatment and I have had excellent relief of pain
