I cannot fault the service from Rowan, the owner and designer and everything behind Frank Ideas! After my original delivery was caught up in an Australia Post truck fire and destroyed, then despite being told there’d be no compensation from them Rowan sent out replacements including making up one the necklaces especially for me as it was older sale stock and there was no more listed on the website. I received both necklaces express yesterday and I’m in love with them. Safe to say Frank Ideas has another fan for life.
